Didn't cover greys, colour not noticeableUnfortunately the colour didn't cover my grey hairs, followed the instructions to the minute, very disappointed with the outcome, can't tell my hair has been coloured. Don't loveI was excited to try this until my results were not good. Firstly, the smell was a little overwhelming for me but IF the color looked great, i wouldn't care. I selected darkest brown. While processing the roots the bottle started to bubble over!Second time this has occurred.The bottle bubbled over while my roots were processing. 8 don't know what is going on with the QUALITY department but something has definitely changed and not for the good!! Medium brown all over colourFirst time EVER dying my hair. The process was very easy, instructions very helpful, and minimal mess made. As a newbie… I’d definitely recommend completing the full profile process and send pictures to allow appropriate match. My original chosen shade was incorrect and my stylist corrected it using my details shared. Strand test complete and was delighted at how well it matched my natural colour. Still hasn't arrivedShipped 26th January and I'm still waiting for my colour on 10th February. Previous deliveries came within days and I was very happy with the product. Now my colour schedule is off and I'm going to have to try to get a last minute appointment with my hairdresser or my roots will be starting to show for events coming up in the next few weeks.
