Canceling membershipI wrote to customer service asking for advice on getting my roots to match my too dark ends. I got an auto reply that the colorist would contact me but never heard from them. Two-tones.So I tried esalon for the first time & am not overjoyed with the results. The color for my roots is a totally different color from the rest. The 2nd color is a bright red but the 1st (roots) is more of a brown. So, my overall color is Two-tone. So, let's just say I'm less than 100% happy. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Hair lossI've been using this product for years and I'm now convinced that it's the root to my damaged hair and hair loss. My hair is literally falling out in chunks from the damage. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Awesome productI colored my hair for the first time with this brand today and I LOVE the color that was customized for me. Directions were easy to follow and my hair feels softer using this color then it ever has with the store dyes I have used in the past.
