Patrícia bagiI bought your product a couple years ago , I was so happy because finally was covered successfully my gray hair . This time I chose different tint , and really is not the color that I chose , it was Ash blonde but ion my hair it is COPPER ..... and the worse part it doesn’t cover as before my gray hair well !!! Did not cover greysI really wanted to like the service for its customizability and ease of use, however after following the directions carefully and specifically focusing on my greys, my grey hairs are still grey. Also even after using the shampoo and conditioner, my hair still smells strongly of ammonia which is an absolute headache and gives me one too. The rest of my hair did not change from black to dark brown either. Sorry to say I don’t recommend this and will not be back. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Hair ColorI have spent a small fortune on my hair over the years. I tried store bought color ONCE it left hair feeling dry and brittle. I tried eSalon and the process was easy to follow. Afterwards, my hair was soft and I love the color. My sister is a professional cosmotoligist and she gave me the thumbs up to try eSalon!
