LOVE ITThank you so much for the changes you made to my order this time. I LOVE the color. As always, the instructions were simple, the process was straightforward and easy and it turned out perfectly. I've been feeling so insecure about the stubborn grey at my roots (way too young for that), and the color covered them and looks totally natural. I'm very grateful! Excellent customer serviceI ordered my initial color at a discount to try the product. They sent 2 bottle to ensure full coverage. I used as instructed and hated the color! I left it for about a week, thinking I just needed to adjust to it and it would be fine. A caveat being, this is only my second time coloring my hair ever in my 30+ years. So anyway, about a week in and I decide I can't wait, i do not like how my hair looks and can't wait until my next order in 2 months. I called the service number and spoke with a rep. She told me what I need to do first (take pics in natural light so they can see the color and identify what changes to make). I took the pics, replied to the email, and got a call back within the hour! We talked about what I wanted and what I didn't want, and they are making a whole new formula for me, free of charge, because I wasn't satisfied! I'm so excited to get my new color and try again. This will keep me coming back and will make me totally recommend to others! Bravo! I will update (or review a second time) once I recieve the new color and can try it out! I am editing this post as of March 12th. The new color esalon sent me is beautiful. My hair is still healthy. I waited a while to write the review to see if my hair would fade and it hasn't. I recieved my new color quickly, the directions were tailor made again to ensure full color coverage, and I am very happy with my results overall.
