My Colourist is a Magician!My hair hair had lightened due to a south vacation. I'm normally a medium to medium dark red, but was now more a light medium red. I asked that my root custom colour set be changed and sent a picture to match the colours. WOW!!! The colour could not be more accurate to my lighter hair! I am thrilled! I was hesitant to do my roots as I was afraid it would not match, but it looks like it is seamless!! I also love the texture of the mix itself - it is thick and not runny at all which means no splattering on the walls or floor. There is also quite a bit more of the mix than a store bought kit so I always have enough for my long hair.
