Easy application but my hair looks the same!I have light medium brown hair and ordered the medium ash brown because it seemed fairly dark in the photo. I applied the colour and left it on as directed, but it looked exactly the same afterward. The product itself comes in great packaging and is easy to use. This color is peerrrfecttt.Oh my God , I love this color that was designed for my hair. My hair looks great, even the lighter colors come out, just enough to see a tinge lighter..i love that the orange crap, is GONE!!! The gray is completely covered. You have satisfied my ideas of what my hair color should look like and I feel like a pro did it, because of U, I am the pro!!! Happy Coronavirus at home coloring gal!!
