Hair too lightThe color that I received was too light. I had sent a photo but the colorist never called me to make any adjustments. I thought that was the purpose of using eSalon as a professional would look at the photo and make changes. No one contacted me. Asked for lighter, but sent darkerI specifically asked for lighter, but was sent darker. I specifically said I had zero gray hair, but the directions said”to color gray hair.” I specifically asked for a follow up email, and got no email. Great idea but results were not thereIt was my first time trying esalon and I have to say I was very impressed with the packaging and the product was also branded very nicely. The whole concept was brilliant but unfortunately, the product quality wasn't there I was looking for some gray coverage so I chose a darker color than my natural one but it didn't successfully cover everything. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Just Fab !I was very sceptical about colouring my own hair at home especially due to the mixture of blondes, light browns, dark browns & copper tones my hair was but due to the current situation that we’re all in I thought I’d go for it, I don’t have a lot greys but it covered my very dark roots & greys amazingly & my hair is all the same copper colour, It looks great... I documented it all via snapchat & I must say I am over the moon with the results... I will definitely use again!!
