Unbelievable!!Crystella did an unbelievable job of determining and mixing my hair color from a couple of pictures. Due to the fact that I'm not getting out much due to the virus, I put off coloring my hair for a week or so. I colored my hair this morning and was a bit concerned (it's just hair) when I saw the product first on my hair. It seemed VERY light. Yikes! Oh, well. It was easy to apply and when finished, it was my hair color! YEA! Great job, Crystella! I'll review again when I see how well the color lasts. Life saver!I think my hairdresser is going to lose a few appts from me in the future. Just tried your service for the first time and I’m in love. Stephanie was my colorist and I added pictures to my order. I was concerned about losing my highlights but that didn’t happen and the color is spot on! Super easy and I feel a thousand times better! Great color! Great coverage!The color was great! I loved the feel of my hair after. The coverage of gray was fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars if I had received the brush that it said I would get with this order. I had to buy a paint brush and cut it down. It worked but not the greatest. My hair feels super soft & silkyOne thing I would like info on is the color isn’t as dark on my roots compared to rest of my hair. I left color on for 30 mins.
