So easyBeen using eSalon for 6 years and highly recommend their color set. After answering several questions and uploading a photo, it didn't take longer to get a perfect match. Complete Disappointment.Been a while since I’ve colored my hair, but before I let it go natural, I always used regular red colored boxed hair dye straight from the drug store. Never had any issues color wise. After noticing a few grays, I decided to go back to red. Found E Salon and decided I’d give it a go. I answered the initial questions, picked my desired color, waited TWO WEEKS for my order to get here, then followed the application directions perfectly. When I glanced at my “color blend”, I immediately had doubts because I noticed the blend was mostly “light brown”, when I definitely picked a “red” desired shade. But I spent the next hour and a half dyeing, rinsing, drying and styling anyway. Completely dissatisfied. Totally disappointed. ShadeWhile I'm trying to adjust to this brighter color of red; my colleagues seem to like it. I must have missed some areas so the older color looks like highlights which is pretty cool. DO NOY BUY- Turned my roots orangeOrdered light blonde and applied to my roots as instructed. Was horrified to see once washed that my roots had turned bright orange, which look horrific. Ladies do not buy this, go to the salon instead! Will cost me a fortune to rectify and has undone years of good work on part of my hairdresser!
