I picked up my order yesterday. The box looked very professional and nice. The instructions were easy to follow. I’m very happy with the result!! The shampoo as well as the color has a good smell. I’m excited to get my color plan.

I’m impressed with the results of my hair color. Very easy to apply, the esthetician Jennifer got the color the way I Love to cover my grays. I’m in Love with eSalon.

Colour alterations

I'm am very pleased with the colour alteration. Slightly lighter than I first started with. Hoping to gradually get lighter. Covers my grey hair brilliantly. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this product. I know it costs more than box colours but it is worth every penny.

Customer service is AWESOME!! When I sent photos of hair to rep, she said I needed tint rinse. Did that and then a little while later did color. The rep chose a lighter color than I choose which is good bc I wanted it lighter. It turned out really dark. But i had my stylist put highlights in a few days later and it is good. I’m not sure if it was my hair or what??!! Over all it was ok. It is very easy to apply etc. I will probably get again in several weeks for next overall color.
