Should have gone to bootsWhat a disappointing product. Followed all 'personalised' instructions stringently. The product went everywhere - all over the bathroom. Results. GREY hairs remain and dull lifeless ends. I had some remaining dye left over so I persevered and re-did my grey on the hairline with NO results. Product is very chemically and now I have a burning scalp to boost. Have had far superior results from a £6 box of dye from the chemist. Do not recommend. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not satisfied with resultsHi, I followed your instructions and colored my hair today, but result did not satisfied me. 1. Roots did not change the color at all and still have my original color. 2. Ends are much darker that I was ordering and expecting. I was ordering based on the picture on your website and was expecting bright vibrant light orange/copper, but the final color of my hair after coloring with your formula is red copper and very dark. HorribleMy color was supposed to be a medium blond with copper. My whole head turned the color of a penny. It looked horrible absolutely horrific. I followed the instructions to a T. Amazed at the results!Born a redhead, I’ve spent an incredible amount of money on professional color. Store bought color for red hair usually proves disastrous. Recently I had no choice but to find color I could do myself. I found eSalon online and thought it sounded promising. I’m absolutely delighted with the results, as well as the price. Fantastic grey coverageI haven't done a home colour for years, but now with all salons closed, I needed to do something to get rid of my ever growing white roots! I usually have a salon colour every 5-6 weeks. I have 100% grey roots with dark brown hair with caramel highlights. The colour was a bit slow in arriving due to the increased demand with lockdown but it is presented in a nice box with everything you need. I was covering 8 weeks of growth and have very thick hair. They're was plenty of coloir/developer mix. The colour was a great match to my existing colour and gave a perfect grey coverage. I was very dubious as I've had some colours fail to cover my grey hair in the past.
