allergic to productI used your product, gave me great color and shine. However, my scalp, neck, behind ears and upper back broke out in a ichy red rash. It lasted for 2 months. I emailed you twice before with no reponce from you. My last email asked you to discontinue my shipments. Now I recieved another one. Very disappointedI was/am very disappointed with my product, my color wasn’t anywhere near what I wanted. I really didn’t even have the choice to pick what I really wanted, and I’ve never had a hair color make my hair fall out as much as this one did. I’ve used it twice. Poor coverageI gave this another try and I’m so unhappy with how the coverage failed. I colored my roots on Sunday, 4/14 and completely saturated my roots and around my face. I haven’t even walked my hair and the gray is showing. I don’t know what to do. Do I need to switch products? Best at home color hands down.I sent pictures of my current color with pretty deep roots and picked a color I thought would work to match my natural color. I also stated that I was open to suggestions if they thought I should use a different color. Luckily they were actually reviewing my pictures & assessing my goal- they said what I picked was too dark and sent something else. I’m SO glad they did!! What my colorist picked was perfect!!!
