DiullI was told to expect a subtle purple tint with the shade I chose. But even subtle is an understatement. In the past, putting a dark shade in my hair has made it shiny and healthy but that didn’t happen with this color brand. Was sent wrong colorThe overall product is good. However, I requested the light brown. What I got was 2 different colors. My roots are now dark red and the rest is medium brown. Which would be fine, if that's what I paid for. So far I have been waiting 2 days to hear from anyone about the issue. I even sent pictures. Product Not Used YetI'm sure the product is fine, but I haven't used it yet. Do not send any more! I'm sorry but I did not understand that a supply would be sent automatically. BEWAREBEWARE this is a subscription. I got my first color and they snuck in a subscription. They charged me on the 10th, I received my color on the 27th, and 3-4 days later they charged me $30 for another hair dye package. Results of the hair color and how it colored my hair.Really dried out my hair and the color really wouldn't take on my hair and my hair for years and never had problems with other box products , I would not recommend this product I would be willing to try a different that does not dry out my hair and the color will take on my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great that is customized but....It’s nice that they try to customize it for you. But the color that I got was way darker than I expected. It was suppose to be light brown but the color I received was like a dark brown! Not good 🤦🏻♀️ 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

This is AWESOME!!I was skeptical at first but with everything that’s going on I figured what the heck, right, if it sucks, who’s going to see me. Well let me tell you, this product is fabulous. They got my color spot on, something my hairdresser hasn’t been able to do. Best at Home coloring system every!Through the years, I have often had to use a coloring system form the local drug store to help me cover my grays. As we all know as head of the house hold, sometimes our hairstylist just doesn't fit into the budget of the month. So I decided to try eSalon products. I can't believe I've waiting this long! To my amazement, this hair color (eSalon) last as long or even longer than my hairstylist color. I give this (eSalon) at home hair coloring 5 stars.
