What in the world?I followed the directions to a tee, including doing a strand test...which turned out great. However, when I did the all over color, my majority of my natural color was turned a gingery brown, and my ends look no different. I look like the lost Spice Girl, 2006 edition! Terrible with my complexion. My first order with eSalonI am in LOVE with my color. I simply followed my colorist instructions step by step and seeing all of my gray hairs fully covered for the first time its simply amazing!!!. At my hair dresser she would charge me up to $120.00 for the amount of dye she needed to cover my grays and still didn't get the coverage needed like eSalon did. I'm almost ready to give up my salon after using this product.One of the bright spots about quarantining during a pandemic is finding this product. It includes easy instructions and a quality salon grade product.The service has been excellent as well. I made a small change with my last order and they were spot on with the color.
