Color not bad. Not great. Website is annoying.If you want to make changes to your color you either have to wait for your stylist (mine took forever) to make the changes for you OR you can open a new account. Orange TintThe presentation and quality is amazing, unfortunately the color (the most important thing) was very disappointing. My hair is basically orange, not blond. I am happier with my former $7 box that did not color all the grey but I would rather have some grey and a better color. Did not cover my grey hairI was disappointed with product. It did not cover my gray hair fully like it said it would. The conditioner packet was not enough for long hair. The hair color product had a very intense smell. I was not impressed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Loved this color product My Hair Looks and Feels Amazing!I was so happy with this Custom Color Set - I haven't had my hair colored since February 11th 2020 with the stay home order I just let it go. I had about 4inches of gray all over with very old highlights that even looked grey. The color that I chose worked perfectly "loved the color and love that it covered all of my greys. Top productI am so difficult with the colour of my hair. I have never did at 45 years old a DIY hair colour at home. Always in salons. At this moment in time with C-19, I had no choice to try a new solution. ESalon is just a dream. Nice packaging arrived very quickly even during that period of time. So easy to follow step by step instructions. Hair colour was more that what I excepted. I will say even better than the last colour I had at my salon, 70-80% cheaper. I will reorder my next box soon. My hair felt smooth and colour is rich. Sorry but I think some salons’ prices are really over the top. Colouring at homeFirst time I have coloured my hair at home. Took quite along time to receive products but once I did it was so easy. Instructions and product itself perfect. Easy to apply if a little messy !! Results exactly as I asked for colour is made up to your exact requirements and you can even send a picture of yourself to help select the correct mix. Better than I could have imagined!I haven’t colored my hair at home since I was in high school. I was a bit nervous that the color would not look right or it would be a difficult process. My worries were completely unfounded. The process was super simple and my box contained absolutely everything I needed. The color turned out perfectly. My grays were covered and my color was even and exactly what I expected. I didn’t provide a photo to my colorist. I merely answered the questions. Fabulous!I'm a redhead and over the past couple of years as the greys have made their appearance, I've had such trouble finding the perfect shade. I love being a redhead and while I don't mind getting older, I wasn't quite ready to let go of my hair colour! I couldn't be happier with the custom colour eSalon prepared for me. Absolutely LOVE the color!!!I have never colored my hair at home. Always paid $200-$300 to have it professionally done in a salon. However, with the stay-at-home mandate and the timing of my appointments, I haven't been to the salon since February and I normally go every 8 weeks. I decided to try eSalon and am thrilled with the results! I LOVE the color that was mixed for me. Kudos to Paul C!!! Excellent job. I"m not a virgin anymore :)This was my first time coloring my hair and I have to say it went very well. I am very happy with the color! I have always wanted to go a little darker but have always resisted due to how quickly my grays start to show. Now that I can cover my gray roots when they need to be done I am more than willing to keep this darker color.
