Pretty goodThe color was easy to use - no harsh chemical smells or feels to the process. The color was a little redder than expected than honey colored but I really don’t mind. My concern is that the gray was not completely covered and I felt there was no conditioning element in the process even though I received a shampoo & conditioner. Remarkable productI have been buying boxed hair color for years, and have never been satisfied with the results. The color on the box bears no resemblance to the color of your hair once you've applied the product. It's too dark or too light, too blonde or too red, and never, never perfect. They only post five star reviews!!!So I have to write how not excellent the products were like this. Customer service, product quality, delivery were all not even medicore. It looked really good for 2 weeksThis does not cover gray :( and unfortunately that’s the only reason I color my hair. It is cheaper to order it twice a month than seeing a stylist once every 8 weeks but, I have to get my hair cut anyway around that time and would have need to to dye my hair with this brand 4 times..
