DO NOT USEI got this product to dye my hair my natural color and cover some grays as well as even out some old box color. This stuff, the ammonia first of all IS HARSH. It’s a day later I’ve washed my hair 3 times since coloring and it’s still SO STRONG. Additionally, I ordered dark brown. My hair is PITCH BLACK and I didn’t even leave it in for the full 30 min. Plus my hair feels like legit straw. Customer service is great but I will never use this product again nor do I recommend it. My hair was so healthy before this I’m so upset. Wrong colorOrdered a natural looking red and it turned out way too fake. Not what was pictured. Great CoverageLoved the color and it doesn't fade fast. I love being able to adjust, seeing I need more grey coverage in the front areas.
