Not for me!Despite trying to contact my estylist to say that I wasn’t happy with the colour I am yet to get a reply by email. I also sent a DM by Instagram and again no reply. I have cancelled my subscription to get an email to say my next colour is on the way. This concerns me as having worked in the customer service sector for nearly 20 years I know that communication is vital in providing good customer service. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
