Ummmmm My hair looks better than when the salon does it! 🤷♀️Got rid of my greys but even better gave me glimmers of golds,reds and brown! How could this be possible! How I say! But I’m not going to question perfection! So I shall continue to order every 4 to 6 weeks and recommend esalon to everyone who says your hair looks great! On a side note I left the root color in for 25 minutes not the 15 recommended and 15 minutes for the ends not the 10 recommended and did the whole lather thing in shower because that’s exactly how my girl does it in her salon. Worth a try!All in all experience was great~ from packaging, delivery, and the product. I have a very sensitive scalp but I didn't notice any residual itchiness on my scalp which what I normally experienced when I do it at the salon. As far as the color, I'm not satisfied with the first color of my choice so I'm reordering a different one and see if this is the one that I will really end up staying with. Love the custom colorI thought I knew why I wanted in my hair color until I tried what my colorist suggested might look better. Amazing! I couldn't be happier. The cost is a bit more than I can easily afford, but, with these results, I will put aside enough money to purchase from eSalon. I am trying the highlight kit today. The instructional video was simple and easy to understand. I expect the same great results I get with the overall color. Simply the BestI have been using the eSalon hair color for Over a year. It is so easy to use. Instructions are clear To follow. The result is beautiful, shiny and soft hair. Whenever I make an adjustment with the color it is an appropriate change and I have always been pleased with the results. I would NEVER spend the money to go to a Salon that overcharges and leaves you dissatisfied and sometimes with damaged hair.
