First Time I haven't seen a Gray Hair in...YEARSThe instructions were easy to follow (if I can follow them, anyone can) and the only reason I made a mess was because I didn't follow that particular instruction about the protecting the area. Moving towards my my shade goalI had the last shipment altered to add more copper and less mahogany. My goal is to drastically, over time, increase the red in my dark brown with natural red highlights color. Over the next few months I expect to get to my desired shade. I am extremely happy with this product, and the staff that I get to work with when I call in to speak to my colorist. Thank you eSalon. You have one very happy customer.
