Way too darkI'm really unhappy with my color. It was supposed to turn out light brown but turned out dark brown even though I followed directions to a t. Life Changing!I had used store bought boxed dye during quarantine which absolutely destroyed my hair not to mention was way off from desired color. I worked with the colorist here who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in restoring my hair back to the rich multi dimensional color it was. My hair also came out feeling much softer. I also love the shampoo and conditioner included. Results are comparable to when I spend $200+ at my salon. No more salon for me.
