Good Product - need touch up kit!First, I want to say this is a good product with thoughtful inclusions. It leaves your hair feeling healthier than most color kits. What’s missing? A root touch up kit. Despite instructions to “avoid previously colored hair”, this is very hard to do. If you have layers or short hair, it’s tough to section it. But mostly why waste 3/4 of a bottle of formula for just roots? I’m not going to spray on color meant for a “light brunette” which would be obvious and impermanent. Does not cover gray hairThe color did not cover they gray hair. After one day most of the gray was showing. Week later all the gray was back. The color was nice while it lasted and the hair felt very healthy afterwards but I was super disappointed that it did not over the gray hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not as expectedI got my color adjusted once. My color artist tried to adjust it but it is still not a tone of Violet what I was looking for. It hardly gave grey coverage too. I wanted violet to be more bright. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Perfect color.I decided to change my previous color to a bit lighter and once again eSalon nailed it. I love this company! And customer service department are wonderful. I do not understand why people spend hundreds of dollars to Hair places when coloring your hair with eSalon products is very easy and so inexpensive. Perfect!!!!I worked with the colorist over the phone and described the color I was hoping to get. He took my feedback and produced the PERFECT color! The kit is very well organized and the directions are precise and easy to follow. My husband has become my hair stylist (I do the cutting and he does the color.)
