Super easyI used to get my hair color in a box from the store and it NEVER turned out right. When I decided to try esalon I was nervous if it would turn out the same as all the other brands I tried. So patientI want to thank the colorist. She was so patient with adjusting the color to get it just right. Have a color I love and now I am up to date on using it. Thank you. Esalon just gets meI have been a customer since the pandemic. And I don’t plan to change anytime soon. Just a couple messages back and forth with my colorist, a picture every now and then, and they nail it every time! I feel comfortable allowing esalon to take care of my hair color… which, after several tears and frustrations with actual salons, is a really, REALLY big deal to me. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
