Wonderful product, disappointing deliveryI have been so impressed with my custom color set! It covers my grays and leaves my hair silky and smooth. I wish eSalon would use a different shipment carrier. Delivery takes from 7-14 days or longer. Thinking of changing because of long delays . Nice color, but zero gray coverage around hair line in front!Just had my color changed and loved it. Only downside is my stylist puts on the color for me and this time the gray coverage is not good. Had my hair done on the 19th of August, today is August 30 and I have grays all around my hairline! Color was put on roots, left for 30 minutes and then pulled through rest of hair, but this is not good. I LOVE eSalon, but...I have LOVED using eSalon custom coloring products for quite a few years now, but I don't care for the recent change in making the product thicker. I have never been one to "miss a spot" when coloring. But since you made the formula thicker, I keep having trouble with full coverage! The new formula is EVERYTHING!I have been using eSalon since 2017. I have always really liked this product because I am a bottle redhead, and this is such an affordable way to keep my hair vibrant. However, there have always been two downsides: 1) the fumes would make me very lightheaded no matter how much I aired out my bathroom, and 2) I had quite a bit of trouble rinsing all of the dye from my hair, and I was usually left with a yucky texture until I could give it a good wash. Both of these are NO LONGER issues! The new formula is so creamy, doesn't smell as strong, and left my hair so smooth and soft.
