Revised color is perfect!I took a chance with ordering. While the first color was just a little bit too red, the revised color is perfect. They listened to my concern after the first time and changed the color perfectly. I can’t tell the difference between this color and what I received at my former salon. I saved money with this purchase by not having my hair done professionally (which is still allowed where I live). Copper RedI found the color to be a bit too much copper red, lacking a bit of light brown and golden highlights. After I applied a light brown with golden highlights it is beautiful ! I am not quite certain how to explain the color to you. As it is now.. I have a coppery-brown with gold highlights. I appear to have fuller head of hair and not translucent at the hairline. Liked the color...Liked the color. Hair is soft and shiny. Although, I'm bummed because the color still fades after a week. This is my 3rd customized color and have the same issue every order. Way too dark...again!The first order I received was great. It turned out beautifully! Since then, I have had two orders in which both have been too dark. The last one was dark and when I explained this to my colorist she claimed it was the same mix, so she said she would alter it a bit to make it lighter this time.
