For years, I've used store color. But, wow Esalon is just the best especially to cover my gray. Love it!

The color match is perfect! Had to make a slight adjustment from my first order. They were very accommodating, listened to exactly what I wanted and hit the nail on the head!! They also sent me a complimentary additional color which was awesome! Love the product and will keep using. So nice not to have to worry about going out and getting my color. Sent right to me on a perfect schedule. Like hitting the easy button.

Love the new color that the professional colorist at esalon, most recently Jennifer, have created for me and with this last purchase ordered a permanent color versus semi. It has been 2 months and my hair color continues to look natural for me. Thank you all for your dedication, PS Not ready to give into my grey tones yet. I have been noticing the younger women I work are coloring their hair grey. GO FIGURE!!!!!!!

I love my new color . It wasn't just a flat dark chocolate it had nice variations of brown. I also like the fact that they sent everything you could possibly need to color your hair easily. Thank you
