II'm in love with this serviceI recieved my first kit..I wanted the color a little more red so when asked before the next shipment I sent the colorist a note. She nailed it. My color and feel is perfect now.. YouI always recieve an enail asking if you want changes and telling you they are making your color on a certain date. You get to pick how often. Soft warm blond completely covers greyLike many trying at-home color for the first time, I was doubtful. I am 60+ and have a mostly gray/dark blond natural color. I went with the warm beige and love the effect: soft, blond color that varies naturally with my underlying shades and covers the grey very well without looking fake. LOVE this hair color!This is the third shipment I have received from eSalon and I am super pleased every time! Even my hairdresser likes it, as she actually used it to color my hair this time!! I suffer with fibromyalgia (sometime worse than others) and right now, between the fatigue and the pain in my arms, I just couldn't color my hair myself. So I asked my hairdresser if she would mind coloring my hair, but using my eSalon product instead. She agreed and when she was finishing up, she kept commenting on the beautiful color. Then she told me... and you're not going to believe this... she told me to continue to get this product, and if I needed her to color it for me, she would, but that this product was very good. She was especially impressed with the instructions (due to the fact that I was changing color a bit) that the instructions/product came with a 2nd step for the ends.
