You guys sent me a corrected formula (I was shocked it was for free!!!) and I am absolutely thrilled with it!! I did it last night and it looks amazing! My hair is also so shiny! I was blown away with your customer service when I called and said I didn’t like the previous colour. It was corrected and shipped out right away. I also got many compliments today. Thank you so much!

I am impressed that I could speak to a representative directly to explain how I wanted an adjustment. I requested a slightly lighter shade and found it was a great color.

For over 10 years I used the Grocery Store product and I would hit the salon whenever I could save up the money. Now with esalon I am able to get the quality I need at home.
