Not satisfied at allMy hair feels super dry and damaged. Did not cover my grays. After 3 washes it looks like I didn’t dye my hair at all. Not happyI have asked that my color be changed, I’ve sent photos of my hair the color I want and you keep sending me a darker color. My hair color is red NOT burgundy and MORE brownish color at that. Perfect!!!!!I loved the formula and the results. My hair looks shiny and healthy!! And I really can't wait to test and see how it looks under daylight for this fall season!. I was a bit sceptical as both the colour and developer seem a bit more liquid than what I usually use, but was impressed with how creamy it became after I mixed them. Instructions were super clear. Great experienceI always color my hair at home and I wated to give this a try. I loved the color, application process was easy. My hair was very soft afterwards. Giving 4 stars just because my gray hair didn't get covered as much as I wanted.
