Nice color but not great grey coverageThe first time I used this color it did not cover my grey. When I cancelled, eSalon offered to change the color specifically for my grey and send me a free color. The second time was not different. Then I have not heard from them in about 4 months after I sent another email. I have cancelled my orders. So easy to useThis process was so easy! The directions were easy to follow and the applying process was a breeze! Hardly any mess, unlike store bought colors. Beautiful colourI have been looking for good colour for my hair for many years and now have the perfect soution.
