Great product with great customer service!I think that this is a great product with great customer service. I started using them after L'Oreal discontinued my color. Awesome Color!!The match was surprisingly perfect, the formula left my hair softer and shinier than my drugstore brand, and it covered my grey's much better. Ruined my hairWords can't describe how upset I am with my last order... I asked for an adjustment of colour from my last order because the roots were too warm and the ends didn't take any colour at all. I applied my colour yesterday and I noticed a bird's nest kind of halo of baby hairs around my roots today. Not only that but my hair feels like jelly, it stretches and breaks like rubber. Not even after a full head bleach my hair was in this bad of a condition. On top of that, my roots are a hot cheeto colour. So right now, my hair which I spent years growing out is snapping off, it's too weak to take any more treatment so I'm stuck with this terrible orange colour in my roots and it just looks terrible. Greys not coveredI am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase, as the hair color didn’t cover my grey hair. I had to use a brass root cover from the first week! I followed the instructions carefully and I really don’t think that something went wrong at my end.
