Not greatI don't think the instructions that were sent with my colour were right. In total I only left the colour on my hair for 15 minutes and the roots only got 5... My hair was patchy as some had developed longer, not only that but a week on and I am still getting colour coming out in the water when I am in the shower. Not happyI've been with you guys for almost a year. My last order was sopost to have a dark brown with a cherry red look to it. It just looks brown and has no red to it. The box also came almost destroyed in My mail box on the very last day it could have been expected. Normally my colour looks great. The colour did not match the advertised exampleI ordered dark blonde permanent colour and It didn’t make any difference to my hair. I send pictures to my colourist so if they knew the colour I chose is the same colour as my current one they should have told me or advised me I guess:( I don’t want to be that customer but I was left very disappointed with the outcome. Does not cover Grey wellI'm very Disappointed in my over color and coverage. I left the roots on for 5 minutes more than suggested to make sure the coverage was proper. I made a point in my color selection to ask for the best color that doesn't give any red at all & they suggested the darkest brown, it definitely has a red cast to it. AmazingI was nervous using this colour for the first time as I always visit a salon but I am thrilled with the way my hair looks after using my chosen colour Darkest Brown. The step by step instructions are simple to follow and the result is more than I had hoped for. Love my colour!!!Love the vibrancy of my colour! Was nervous when I put it on and it looked dark at first but then when I washed it out and looked perfect! Hair sparkles! I’m blonde and it’s usually dull and it’s either beige or ash. With this custom colour it’s a gorgeous golden blonde which is what I asked for!
