Love The ColorHi, I love the deep, dark red with hints of copper - it turned out very bold (and very pretty). I did notice a small patch of gray in front along my hairline. I watched your gray coverage hacks video and think maybe I got some color guard on my hair because I allowed the color to sit for the full time recommended. Thanks! Seriously Amazing Haircolor and Service!I have been using this service for the last 4 months and I am in love! The packaging is superb, and makes coloring my hair so easy. The color itself makes the condition of my hair even better than it was before and is always so vibrant and shiny and soft. I sent a goal picture to my stylist after the first coloring and when I colored it with the next kit it came out exactly like I’d hoped. I will be sticking with this service for a long time!! Not for meI do love how they supply a couple pairs of gloves and remover, etc in the kit. I usually have all that, but it’s nice that comes with it. I’ve been dying my hair for a long time and was excited to try this because of all of the positive reviews. However, I did not have a good experience. Right off the bat the bottle began leaking after I mix everything together. It was on right, it just didn’t seal good. Long story short, my color ended up being too dark. Leaked during shippingI’ve ordered for over a year and have not had any issues with my product. This time the outside of the box clearly showed the dye had leaked. It was more than half empty and was all over the inside of the box. It didn’t appear there was any shipping damage, but that the cap wasn’t on securely. The nice thing is that when I called, eSalon was very easy to deal with to get a replacement. They said they were also refunding me the cost.
