Game changerI don't always write reviews, but ........ I think the last time I colored my hair was when I was in college and that was more than 25 years ago. I did it a few times and never did it again. Then Covid happened and we are all stuck at home. I was looking more witchy than ever....LOL. I decided to try coloring my own hair again. To my very surprise and with my older daughter's help I DID IT! It came out SO NICE and didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Easy to use and great quality.Overall I was very pleased with the products. However, the colour mixed for me was darker than I would have liked. Having looked at the pie chart illustrating the proportions of colour in the dye, it turned out exactly as I would have expected. The dye also beautifully covered all my grey hair. It performed far better than the over-the-counter dyes which I have previously been using. The whole colouring process left me with lovely glossy, well conditioned hair.Therefore the product is great. A week after dying my hair, I used the Tint Rinse which brightened up my hair colour. I have been in contact with eSalon, and they are going to adjust the colour for my next batch. I had been initially wary about having a hair colour mixed for me without any personal contact. (At least with over-the-counter products, you can get an idea by looking at the box!) However, whilst darker than I wanted, the colour is good, not a blanket 'dead' colour, and a better quality.
