Fades and isn't enough product for my long, thick hairThis would have been really convenient if the color didn't fade so fast and if it always came with a bottle for the roots and ends like the initial order does but unfortunately it only comes with the bottle to do your roots and being that it fades so fast, just doing the roots isn't sufficient as you'll end up with different colored roots and ends. Packaging wer amazingThe packaging looked amazing, which initially impressed me. However, my grey roots didn’t take the color at all.,they stayed completely grey. Fade awayAlthough I was hopeful of this product the initial colour was ok...not as ritch or vibrant as I had requested. It did cover my grey but the colour has faded really quickly after only a couple of washes with high end shampoo (no sulphates etc) I won't be purchasing again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Damaged my hair completelyI order this after thousands of positive review but it was my worst decision ever .Instead of turning my hair into chocolate brown it turned into full black .My hair become very thin and are breaking from roots only after one use .very disappointed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
