This is a good productI have received a couple of shipments of my color.... I found it easy to apply.... very similar to the store bought box. The color is just a bit darker blonde than I like, but still like it. I like that it stays in much longer than the kind you buy in the local stores....even after several shampoos. I have put my order on hold for now because I am trying a "new" color that I am not sure I am going to stick with, but if I go back to my blonde, I will probably request a bit lighter shade.... and if I stay with this new color, I will probably try ESalon on this too. Nice colorLove the convenience. Such a nice color that is mixed for me. Only drawback is my grey by my sideburn area doesn't seem to last covered long enough. The rest of the hair keeps a beautiful color for weeks after my grey pops out. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Copper color hard to change to golden honey color?I really do love your product. But I think the problem is my descriptive words. The time before this one I ask for a copper color not realizing how red it would be. This time I asked for more of a golden tone to my brown, but it is still very red. Custom hair colorHi, I really like the quality of the hair coloring. This is second time I have used this shade. As I found in the first coloring it is a very nice color however too red for me. Many dyes make the reddish tones in my natural shade more pronounced. When I was younger my preferred shade was a honey blond. Now that I am older that shade does not compliment my complexion and washes me out. Dang, So Hair Dye Isn't All the SameI thought yeah ok, this is just some regular old hair dye that they supposedly customize to fit. Cute - take a pic, answer questions, WAAALA. Admittedly, I let 2 shipments sit before I tried it. I was game cause I got tired of trying to match colors & developers on my own. The name brand boxed colors, ended up NOT delivering the color I wanted on top of NOT covering grays. Plus, I no longer live close by my hairstylist---I'm shell shocked from bad experiences w/others, so it's hard to keep my color up --- until now. WOW!!! I'm mad @ myself for waiting to use my custom color! After a long awaited visit to my stylist - weeks later the grays were back & it was personal this time lol. What the heck, try the eSalon and hope it covers and doesn't over or under process my hair. I have unrelaxed black natural hair and that normally adds to the dying woes. I'm happy to say NOT this time. eSalon did the darn thing! Color is what I want AND my grays are covered AFTER 2 to 3 washes (lol that was my test). Hope others have similar experiences if you follow the directions and if your hair is in a healthy state (which makes a difference).
