So gratefulAs this pandemic hit, your service was a lifesaver. I had never colored my hair myself and didn't want to spend time in a store trying to guess which one to buy. I am in a high risk group for the virus (over 65) and was glad to be able to get help from the comfort of my home. The instructions were easy to follow. Couldn’t be happier — thank you!Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been less than satisfied with the job my hair stylist has been doing for quite some time. The color was never quite right — too expensive, too dark, too light, no dimension, etc. I debating trying eSalon for months because I was nervous to DIY and it seemed too good to be true. I just colored my hair for the first time with eSalon and I couldn’t be happier. Better than I hoped!!First off, I have to apologize for the uncertainty of my order that didn’t have any tracking information. I spoke with a kind representative who assured me it was likely an error with the shipper, and indeed it was. She encouraged me to wait a few more days and I am grateful for her reassurance. Now to the real stuff, I haven’t colored my own hair in over 30 years, and I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit terrified! My results turned out amazing!! I’m so happy with the results. I’ve already recommended this product to my daughter who was considering another direct sell hair line. My hair is silkier than before and I love the color.
