I love the fruity aroma. One thing different about this shampoo compared to others is that instead of a lot of lather, it has a thicker more luxurious consistency. The only downside is the small size of the bottle because it takes quite a few pumps of shampoo to wash my hair. Other than that, this shampoo is my favorite.
This is the first shampoo I've used that doesn't take my color out of my hair. The pump bottle could be better made as it only gives out a drop with each pump. So 50 pumps later I might have enough to put on my long hair.
I stopped using this product to save it for next time I dyed my hair purely because I noticed the colour quickly fading! I do believe it's definitely a must to have though :) I will definitely try it again!
I don't use anything else the first two weeks I wash my hair, which is only 1-2 times per week, if that. I ONLY use this shampoo and conditioner for my hair after I color because it works really well at cleaning the scalp, but not stripping my color.
Nice conditioner and like the pump action...but I do feel it's not rich enough to make any difference to my dyed hair as my ends are now very dry which they weren't prior to dying them with your product
I wish there was a bit more "lather" but my hair is clean and shiny so it works how it should. I purchased this in Aug 2015 and still have not purchased more - shampooing twice a week, waist long hair.
I can't say this is any better or worse than most hair conditioners. I like it, not sure if I would order again. I can get cheaper conditioner that works as well.
Same as shampoo review. The product is very good and I really like it. The pump bottle doesn't deliver enough product with each pump. Have to pump dozen times or more to get enough for my hair. And the mechanism fails from time to time. Also, I would like to get a larger portion of product for the cost.
Really love Lock It Shampoo. The pump bottle has some issues in my opinion. It doesn't deliver enough product with each pump. I have to pump 10-12 times to get enough shampoo to wash my hair. Also, the pump mechanism breaks sometimes. I would also like to recieve a larger portion of product for the price. The product itself is awesome.
I absolutely adore this shampoo. Now if I could just get a pump that would unlock/lock properly. My last two orders had the same issue. But I love the shampoo & it makes my color last more than twice as long as before.
I see a lot of the unhappy comments are about the pump and the lack of lather. Just because it doesn't lather doesn't mean it isn't doing it's job. The pump doesn't give you a ton of product so you'll need a few pumps (depending on the length of your hair) to get the job done. I have come to find that the dirtier my hair, the better the lather.
I tend to use pretty "nice" products on my hair (Oribe, Alterna, Pureology, etc.) and in regard to condition of my hair and management of color I really think that this shampoo is pretty comparable.
It is so unlike me to repeat using the same hair products as i rarely love them enough. But I like this shampoo/ conditioner combo and repeat my order. The pump top gets a massive thumbs up as it's easy and quick to dispense- I hate screw tops. Only 4 stars as I'm not 100% sure how effective it is in preserving my colour if I'm honest.
I really like this shampoo but I wish I didn't have to pump soooo many times to get enough product in my hand. It also doesn't lather up very well. I will continue to purchase but would request changing the bottles on shampoo and conditioner.
Love the product itself but the bottle I received in my first order is not operable. I have been unable to "unlock" the pump (opened shampoo pump just fine). I've tried several times with no success so now I just have to unscrew the top and squeeze the conditioner out into my hand. Hope the next bottle works. If it worked like the shampoo bottle, I also wish you didn't have to pump so many times to get enough product in your hand.

This conditioner worked well; but I'm not a fan of these products and their scents... I'm very sensitive to very perfumy scents and many of these products are just too harsh on my hair and way too fragrant.
The product is lovely light and nourishing leaving hair smooth and shiny but unfortunately the pump action on my bottle didn't work so I have a daily rigmarole trying to get the conditioner out.
I love the scent of the shampoo. I wish it would lather up more than what it does. I feel like I have to use a lot to get my hair covered and to feel like I'm getting it clean.
This conditioner is a nice surprise. I normally need a lot of conditioner because my hair is so fine. I can use half of what I normally use and it combs out great. However, in the winter my hair has a lot of static by the end of the day.

I only bought it because I like to use products within a line. I won't be able to tell until it's I've been using it for a while if it's better than my regular shampoo which is also color-safe.

My hair is quite damaged and this works very well but I wish they had sample sizes available for the other conditioners so I could discover the absolute best for my hair.
