Aside from loving this company's products. Esalon is one of the best company's I have ever done business with. I have a colorist with a direct line to discuss my color. She always nails it. Love my colors.
They communicate with me when I am ready for my next shipment making sure I still want the same color or if I am ready for a change.
They give out freebes to try. And I never have to wait if I call them. By far the best company I have ever done business with.

I love the Heart Lock It Color Safe Shampoo because it has transformed my somewhat dry and wirey-type hair into soft, manageable beautiful hair that I have always wanted. I have used most of the expensive and inexpensive shampoos and nothing came close to Heart Lock It. It is safe for all hair types which I think is nice. I am only a client and I do not work for esalon.

Great shampoo, I used to use another shampoo W--, my hair started to fall out. I haven't used that original shampoo since July and my hair is now growing again. I have not gotten a haircut in about a year and my hair is shoulder length and all the same length except for the new hair growing in. This is my new shampoo.

Love this shampoo dose exactly what its suppose to do . Smells great also works better than 85% of the color shampoos ive used . You can always tell if a shampoo will pull your color out . If it has alot of suds extream lather then look out . Color safe shampoos should be sulfate free theirfor dont suds alot !!!!

I am a big fan of this shampoo. I received a sample size and was so impressed I ordered a full bottle. My hair is curly and generally dry but it feels so much better after using this product and the conditioner.
