I sent 2 pictures, tons of info and answered extra questions to get two shades lighter then I wanted. It was also extremely brassy even though I told them I'm prone to it. I was embarrassed to be seen with it.

Upon opening the box it was evident that the coloring bottle had leaked. All over it was a gooey mess. Every other time shipping was fine.

I didn't wash my hair for two days after coloring. With every wash since then my color is coming out and I'm not happy about that. Its in my bath water and on my towels. Don't understand why this is happening and don't{ want to purchase again if it won't stay in

Was fun to receive box with all the little touches. Good instructions and included everything needed for application. Only thing is rather disappointed with color selection. I requested a golden brown color and instead turned out very coppery red. Not bad since was considering that color line but was not what I ordered. So the colorists must have augmented what I selected. Also I just colored it two weeks ago and grey is visibly coming back.... so not exactly happy about that. Great for a home fix and good price compared to what would cost at a salon. Glad I tried it but not exactly convinced in trying it again.

The permanent color I ordered and applied (exactly according to the directions that came with it) lasted about 2 weeks before it all faded out and all my gray was exposed again. My daughter actually uses a drugstore semi-permanent color on her hair that lasts for a few months! This was the first time coloring my hair, and I expected much more from a permanent hair color. eSalon did a nice job matching my color....it just didn't last. They also offered a free bottle of hair color to fix my color loss, but I don't need that fuss. So, I have decided to just embrace my gray! No more hair color for me.

I ordered the color I wanted and it colored close to what I wanted but it did not color my roots at all. I contacted them and asked what I could do and they told me that they would get back to me when it was time for me to reorder and that I would have to recolor my hair in 3 weeks. That does not help when you just colored your hair and your roots have not colored.

I don't like giving this a 3, as the color matched perfectly and it looked fabulous. It just didn't cover the grays I was hoping to cover. If someone said I see you've got a gray hair, I would be shocked! At 44 I don't have that many and I only see them when I'm up close and personal with my hair in the mirror. So I chose the lowest setting for gray coverage. Unfortunately, it didn't cover the grays at all! But the color sat on those gray hairs longer than any other part of my hair. I was perplexed. I did contact eSalon and they are redoing the color and sending me a new bottle. I'll post how it turns out!

I followed precise instructions, sent in pictures and everything. My hair went from a medium brown with gold tones to dark brown with auburn in it (I want to lighten just a tad). The color I picked was Golden Copper, so I knew there would be some red. Overall I would not recommend. Also made my hair very hard to dry and oily. Will be looking elsewhere. Lastly, if you have long hair not nearly enough shampoo or conditioner is included for one use.

Digne d’un salon de coiffure. La coloration s’applique facilement grâce à sa texture qui ne coule pas , très précis grâce au pinceau .

Bin nun seit 2021 Kundin. Habe wegen früh ergrautem Haar schon in jungen Jahren färben müssen und somit entsprechend große Erfahrungen, was Haarfarben angeht. Nachdem ich ein Foto mit meiner Lieblingsfarbe verschickt habe, wurde mir "meine" Farbe angemischt und es brauchte nur eine einmalige Änderung, um zum Traumergebnis zu kommen, dem ich bis heute treu geblieben bin. Bin super zufrieden, meine Haare sind gesund und die Grauabdeckung ist wirklich toll, vor allem im Gegensatz zu .Drogerieware. Sehr schöne Haarfarbe. Ich habe die Amoniakfreie bestellt. Obwohl ich unter eine Neurodermitis der Kopfhaut leide habe ich keine Irritationen gehabt. Die Farbe deckt mein graues Haar sehr gut ab. Die Handhabung war einfach durch die mitgelieferte Beschreibung. Die Haare glänzen und sind sehr weich. Die Farbe einfach schön. Das nächste Mal würde ich eine Nuance heller nehmen. Ich würde meine Haarfarbe immer wieder hier bestellen. Auch nach 4 Wochen ist das Ergebnis perfekt.

Das Haarfärbeset ist gut verpackt angekommen. Es ist wirklich alles dabei, was man zum Färben sowie davor und danach benötigt.
Die einzelnen Vorgänge sind sehr ausführlich erklärt. Ich hatte mit der Drogerie-Farbe das Problem, dass das graue Haar an den Schläfen und vorn bei den Ansätzen die Farbe nicht angenommen hat.
Mit der Farbe von esalon hat das bestens funktioniert. Natürlich muss man die Farbe gründlich auftragen und einwirken lassen. Durch das Shampoo und den Conditioner werden die Haare optimal gepflegt und fühlen sich toll an.
Ich persönlich werde die Farbe bei meiner nächsten Bestellung etwas ändern lassen, weil ich sie etwas zu dunkel finde.

Nach anfänglicher Skepsis war ich ziemlich zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice, der per Mail über alle Schritte übersichtlich informiert.
Dann kam "endlich" meine Box nach Hause. Allein diese hat schon Lust aufs Ausprobieren gemacht.
Die Handhabung und Anleitung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Farbergebnis ist brilliant. Die Haare aufgrund der qualitiv hochwertigen mitgeschickten Produkte (Proben) sehr weich, glänzend und gepflegt.
Alles in allem bin ich begeistert und froh, mich für ein Abo entschieden zu haben.

Nun endlich bin ich soooo zufrieden. Gleichmäßige Farbe sooo schön ( nicht mit der Drogeriefarbe zu vergleichen) vom Ansatz bis zu den Spitzen.
Es war mir wichtig, endlich eine gute Farbe ohne Ammoniak zu bekommen!

Das Color Set von Esalon verwende ich bereits seit über einem Jahr und ich bin wirklich begeistert! Die Farbe wirkt sehr natürlich und die Haare sind mit der Coloration auch nicht angegriffen. Pour la première fois depuis que je colore mes cheveux, et ça fait un certain nombre d'années, je suis absolument ravie du résultat. Le rendu est naturel, les cheveux sont doux et souples et en plus ils sentent bon, pas comme avec les coloration de supermarché. Je recommande vivement.

Super Haarfarbe und Feeling aber FURCHTBARER Geruch

Ich färbe meine Haare seit ich 13 bin und wollte auf eine professionellere Haarfarbe umsteigen um Schaden zu reduzieren und eine schönere Farbe zu haben. Schön finde ich dass es wirklich viel Auswahl gibt aber man trotzdem so einfach färben kann wie mit einer Drogeriefarbe. Das Ergebnis ist wirklich super und genau so wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich nichts sagen bisher - ALLERDINGS hat mich wirklich der Geruch negativ überrascht. Dieser war so reizend in den Atemwegen dass ich sogar würgen musste. Also für Asthmatiker und sensiblen Nasen wird das wohl ein Problem sein, weil man ja eigentlich auch nicht unbedingt mit Luftdurchzug färben sollte..
Wenn die Einwirkzeit und das einpinseln nicht so schnell gehen würde wäre das wirklich für mich persönlich ein Grund nicht mehr die Farbe zu benutzen. Aber das Ergebnis ist wirklich so so schön. Hatte auch noch nie so weiche Haare beim ausspülen der Farbe.
Habe dieses Produkt 3 mal ausprobiert und bin absolut zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis 👍
Besser macht es ein Friseur auch nicht . Der Glanz und die Farbe halten auch sehr lange , fühlte mich , wie frisch vom Friseur . Ein großes Lob an das Team , man fühlt sich zudem gut aufgehoben auch wenn man den Kontakt nur online hat , ähnlich wie bei einem guten Friseur . Die Produkte tragen deinen persönlichen Namen :) Das hat was ! Das Färben ist sehr einfach gestaltet , vor allem wenn man die Erstausstattung mit bestellt ! Weiter so 👏

Habe lange überlegt und nun doch gekauft. Meine Farbe wurde aufgrund meiner Fotos nochmal angepasst und bin absolut zufrieden. Der neue Ton trifft meine aktuelle Haarfarbe sehr genau.

Hallo ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei euch bedanken für die schöne Farbe die ich immer wollte ich hatte ja die letzten male ein paar Schwierigkeiten was die Farbe Anpassung betrifft, aber jetzt hat eure Frisösse mein Typ und Geschmack erkannt.
Die Farbe ist wunderschön, das Haar ist schön gleichmäßig gefärbt, auch bei dem grauen Haaren ist die Farbe genauso wie bei den anderen Haaren, ich muß sagen die Farbe hält bei mir schon ein paar Wochen
so 7 bis 8 Wochen und das finde ich gut
La coloration est top, agréablement surprise du rendu professionnel il suffit de bien suivre les instructions qui sont bien expliqués. Le service est vraiment qualitatif, tout un tas de petits détails dans la boîte : un stickers pour pouvoir accrocher les instructions, deux paires de gants etc... toute ces petites attentions font vraiment la différence.
Par ailleurs le suivi de l'abonnement semble bénéficier du même niveau de qualité, prise en compte des demandes de modification sur la planification du prochain envoi rapides, idem pour l'ajustement de la couleur.

Hallo, habe zum 2. Mail meine Haare mit Ihrer Farbe gefärbt. Das Ergebnis fällt zwar immer dunkler aus als meine originale Haarfarbe (die Farbe wurde bereits einmal von Ihnen angepasst) aber die Anwendung und das Ergebnis in Sachen Glanz und Geschmeidigkeit sind einfach suuuuper.
Bei der Anwendung kein Jucken der Kopfhaut, keinerlei Rötungen oder ein unangenehmes Kopfhautgefühl!
Was aber auch mega ist, ist die wahnsinnige Haltbarkeit der Farbe.
Ich muss deutlich weniger oft nachfärben als mit guten Qualitätsmarken aus dem Drogeriemarkt.
Ich werde auf alle Fälle dabei bleiben und freue mich, eSalon für mich entdeckt zu haben - DANKESCHÖN :)
Ich war jahrelang beim Friseur zum färben und habe Unmengen an Zeit und Geld investiert. Wäre ich mal früher auf diese Seite gestoßen! Bequem von zu Hause anwendbar und das Ergebnis ist sogar noch besser als beim Friseur! Die Farbe (obwohl Tönung) hält sehr lange, meine Haare glänzen und haben sich noch nie so gesund angefühlt (sie laden sich sogar wieder elektrisch auf 🤭).Auch der Geruch ist überhaupt nicht so chemisch wie man es gewohnt ist. Die Betreuung der Coloristen ist super 🙌🏻
Ich bin rundum begeistert, und das nicht nur von den Produkten, sondern auch von der liebevollen (und persönlichen) Art und Weise des Verpackens. Einfach Perfect gedacht für jede besondere Haar. Mein Haar ist sehr dick, Natur Schwarz erste graue Härchen sind da,nimmt sehr schwer Farbe auf. Diese Farbe ist mega erfüllt alle meine Wünsche Teoretisch und Praktisch!
Ich liebe es, mir mit euren Produkten die Haare zu färben. Alles dabei, was man benötigt, in Top-Qualität! Immer wieder ein Highlight, kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, es einfach mal auszuprobieren!
Ich hatte bisher immer Farbe aus der Drogerie. Diese kann aber nicht mit dieser mithalten. Die Farbintensität ist sehr viel besser. Auch nach nun 4 Wochen ist die Farbe noch top. Auch meine Haare fühlen sich gut an. Offenbar ist diese Farbe nicht so aggressiv. Kann es nur empfehlen.
Absolut zufrieden mit meiner individuellen Haarfarbe, mit dem Handling beim Färben, dem Bestellvorgang und der Kommunikation! Mit viel Geduld und passenden Vorschlägen hat eSalon meine Haarfarbe gefunden! Sie ist natürlich, passt zu meinem Hautton und ich fühl mich sehr wohl damit. Und das beste Lob kam von meiner Friseurin: Eine tolle Farbe von professioneller Qualität, die mir super steht!
Mega!! Endlich komme ich meiner Wunschhaarfarbe näher!! Wollte schon immer ein braun-kupfer-gold Ton haben. Weder die drei jeweils teuer bezahlten Friseure, noch die gefühlten 50 verschiedenen Haarfärbungen aus der Drogerie kamen auch nur annähernd ran. Ständig war es zu dunkel! Sowohl das Braun, als auch der Rotton. Deshalb war ich hier jetzt völlig frei von Erwartungen und hab mich einfach überraschen lassen. Und was soll ich sagen?! Mega! 🤩 Erstens: die Farbmischung für den Ansatz war eine etwas dunklere als für meine Längen. War ich erst skeptisch, aber durch das Aufschäumen mit der Flasche für die Längen nach der gesamten Einwirkzeit, ist dadurch ein wunderschöner Farbton OHNE Übergang entstanden! 😍👍 Für das nächste Mal habe ich mir jetzt eine Nuance heller gewünscht. Aber nicht weil ich unzufrieden mit der jetzigen bin, nein! Ich möchte ja nach und nach langsam dezent etwas aufhellen und mich an den Kupfer-Gold Ton ran tasten. 👍😊 Das Auftragen war mega easy, es hat sich total angenehm angefühlt und hat auch angenehm gerochen. Ich hatte ohne Ammoniak gewählt. Klasse finde ich auch, dass anständige Handschuhe (2 Paar!!), dabei sind, sowie Shampoo und Spülung für danach. Und der Stain Protector ist so gut, dass ich den Remover überhaupt nicht gebraucht habe! Ich hatte das erste Mal seit Jahren keine gefärbten Ohren! Wirklich klasse!
Dass sich hier teilweise über das Abo Modell beschwert wird, kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Da sitzt der Fehler klar vor dem jeweiligen PC oder Smartphone! Es wird ganz klar kommuniziert und wenn man es nicht möchte, stellt man es eben aus!! Verstehe nicht, wo da ein Problem sein soll?! 🤷🏻♀️ Also daher kann man die schlechten Bewertungen deshalb getrost ignorieren! Produkte sind wirklich top, Lieferung war mega schnell. DANKESCHÖN!! 🫶👍

Couleur magnifique mieux qu'en salon et à un prix imbattable j'ai pris sans ammoniaque pour couvrir mes cheveux blancs la couleur dure longtemps je suis hyper satisfaite
Nachdem mir die erste Farbe etwas zu dunkel war, hab ich den Wunsch geäußert mehr Goldanteil einzufügen......und jetzt ist die Farbe perfekt. Danke an das ganze eSalon Team.
Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei eSalon bestellt und bin hochzufrieden. Meine Coloristin hat mich vorab telefonisch gut beraten – vor allem wegen der Grauabdeckung und meinen vorher blondierten Haaren. Gewünscht habe ich ein kühles, dunkles Braun ohne Rot- oder Goldton. Genau das ist es geworden: kein Grünstich, keine Überraschungen, einfach der perfekte Ton. Die Farbe kommt gut an, auch bei meinem Partner. Ich bestelle auf jeden Fall wieder.
Die Farbe ist satt und kräftig kam auch gut mit der Menge der Farbe hin und meine Haare sind mehr als Taille lang. Ich liebe den Farbton, wirklich endlich den Ton den ich immer wollte
Ich bin soooo begeistert 🤩. Als erste hatte ich mir ein gold blond ausgesucht, da war ich schon mehr als zufrieden. Habe mich aber dann für eine neue Farbe entschieden, ein dunkelblond/kupfer/asch Ton und was soll ich sagen... Ich liebe es , bin mega zufrieden. Habe viele Komplimente bekommen... Heute habe ich endlich meine Haare gefärbt und bin sehr zufrieden die Anwendung ist einfach und super gut beschrieben es ist alles dabei was man braucht. Ich' habe ein schönes Kupfer bekommen alle Grauen Haare hat es perfekt abgedeckt. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Farbe... Werde in Zukunft weiterhin bei euch einkaufen...
