I have used this for over a year. The colorists do a great job when I ask for changes. They are responsive and make great colors. I get my orders on time. My hair is soft and the color covers my gray well. My hair stylist is pretty impressed with the color and even makes suggestions on tweaks!
First time and was absolutely satisfied. Although I am adjusting color a bit, which eSalon had been totally attentive to, I loved the results. Great idea and great customer service.
Since using eSalon custom hair color, my hair color looks really natural. My long hair is also softer, shinier and healthier than it's ever been...even at 71. It's never dry or frizzy like it used to be with box color. I love eSalon hair color and I would never, ever go back to box color...even if they gave it to me.

Esalon got my color correct from the very first order and I get the same wonderful results every time I have people stopping me on the street telling me they love my hair! I have been very pleased with my eSalon experience. I have tweaked my color over the past 6 months with a staff that has responded readily to my requests. The kits are easy apply and instructions are easy to follow. The product works well and is easy on my scalp and hair.
When ever I meet someone, they always mention how healthy and natural my hair looks. They ask me where I get it done. I tell them I do it myself with eSalon. It Isa bit more time consuming than regular drug store color, but the results speak for themselves. the color is so natural looking and has lasted great through daily washing for 8 weeks now. I am hooked!!!!

I love my Taylor made hair colour, covers my grey and last much longer thank shop bought colours. Doesn't dry my hair out like some others do, really conditions my hair leaving it soft but manageable. I would definitely recommend it.
Really loved natural looking colour - much better even compared to having it done at hairdressers. Easy to apply, not such a toxic smell as other brands.
Only thing is grey coverage not perfect....i do not have much grey hair either (and i actually did follow instructions to the letter ☺).

Very well presented in a lovely pack, easy instructions. Great colour, leaves hair in good condition and results are really good. Colour lasts longer than shop bought products I have used, love it.
This product is the first home haircolour that looks natural on my hair. Always delighted with results, not having the just newly dyed look or brassiness that can occur after few washes. Reccommend this product.
It arrived with literally everything I needed including TWO pair of good gloves, personalized directions, shampoo and conditioner, stain remover and also something to help prevent stains too. The color was perfect. Once, I had an unexpected financial expense on the same day my color was to be sent. I called the number and they immediately refunded my money, no questions asked. I actually got a human being that answered the phone and was quite understanding and responsive. That alone is an extreme rareity these days. I would recommend this product to everyone who is tired of spending 50 + dollars to get their hair colored at a time that is inconvenient for them. The color is brilliant, my hair is very shiny and extremely healthy looking.
This is a brilliant product. I've used it for over a year now, and it's great that you can tweak the colour every time - I wanted a particular shade of golden blonde that you can't buy in the shop - but I've been able to get it here - the colorists listen to your comments and specially blend the colour to suit - fantastic! Don't ever change!
I love using e-salon hair color because they blended it specially for me and it's perfect. I also like that I can phone someone up and discuss the color or any changes that I want e.g. sending a new one earlier or later or suspending it for a while if I'm away.
Great product that I've been using for past two or three years now. Excellent grey coverage and a lovely natural finish. Would highly recommend as I love that I can tweet my colour occasionally to suit the changing seasons

I was nervous and skeptical about ordering hair coloring over the Internet. I uploaded a picture and asked for a match. When my custom product arrived it sat for 2 weeks while I tried to convince myself to go ahead & try it. Wow...it was perfect! I've been coloring ever since. I have never received so many compliments! People stop me in the street to ask about my color and to tell me how healthy my hair looks, it is so shiny! Red is also a color that fades so badly, but not your product! I sue your shampoo and the red wash in once or twice a week, and it holds forever!

I love this color, the entire kit, and the way my hair feels after using the esalon products. My hair is soft and manageable. The color I ordered is very natural-looking. The instructions are easy to follow and the color kit comes with everything you need. I've gotten a lot of compliments after dying my hair back to my natural dark color. The shampoo and conditioner are also great products.

I have had my hair colored by hair stylists and have done it myself using over the counter products but e-salon color is by far the best and closest to my own color. No one ever notices that I've had my hair colored which is proof that it appears as though my hair doesn't turn grey, lol.

I have been receiving eSalon hair color for a while now and I love it! The convenience of having it delivered every few months. I don't have to go out and try to find my color or try to remember what color I bought last time! I never have to keep up with how long it's been since I last colored my hair! Love the color, and I am impressed with the ease and efficiency of working with colorist. This product is fabulous, and comes with easy to use instructions. I am sold, won't be paying the big bucks at the salon when i can get a quality product, personal colorist, at a fraction of the cost and do it myself in the comfort of my own home.
After only 1 try, my color creation is perfect. Love it. It starts out a little darker than wanted, but after 2 washes, it's what I want and it stays that way for 6 weeks (sometimes longer). Great, great color. A satisfied customer.

This is my favorite color. It's a perfect blend of dark brown and red. The red tone doesn't have that weird overwhelming purple or orangey brass tint that some hair colors can have. Fabulous product for an at home coloring.
I had been going to the salon every 8 weeks or so getting my hair colored at $70 each time. We had to cut back on our spending so I had to look for other alternatives but I really loved the color I had from the salon. With eSalon, they matched my salon color perfectly. Plus I don't have to spend 3-4 hours of my precious time sitting at the salon.
The product is top quality. My hair dresser (do they still call them that?) was understanding when I told her I needed to cut back on expenses. I find it gives the best natural look ever. People are not aware your hair is dyed. Doesn't leave an ashy look and i like that it is tailored just for you alone.
