I've been using this color for more than a year now, about every 12 weeks. It's a wonderful color, the exact same every time, and it's kind to my hair!
This hair color is so much better than the ones at the drugstore or even beauty supply stores. It gives me long lasting color, covers gray very well and IT DOES NOT BURN my scalp. I always dreaded the once a month ritual because of the burn. With eSalon I don't have to color as often and it doesn't hurt when I do. I tell everybody to try it. It lives up to its reputation.
I LOVE eSalon custom hair color....I am starting to go gray ....and have for a while ...I love looking natural with all the natural highlights ....the hair color I've chosen ....still gives me natural highlights ...while coloring the gray ....I gets lots of compliments ...on my hair ...someone even asked if I have ever had any gray....that I must have good genes ...ha ha ...I have a good hair color..!!!!! I started as a red head then transitioned to brunette. The colorists respond promptly to my requests and have been able to provide me with the color I want. I really like my rich, brown hair!
So far I am pretty happy with the results of this haircolor. It is rich and luxurious. However I am still working out a few kinks. I am still trying to figure out the best color for me, I think I might want to go a little lighter, but I really like that I have a "consultant " through esalon to help me find just the right shade.
Love, love, love this product! I have tried to get my desired hair color in salons for years. Esalon got it right the first time without even seeing my hair! I haven't been unhappy yet!
This is my second use of my Custom Hair Color from E Salon. I really like the color they have come up with for me and I get more compliments each time I use it! It looks very natural and even my hairdresser said that she really liked the color that I was using! I have and will continue to recommend E Salon to my friends & family!
I was initially very hesitant to try a new coloring product, but I'm so glad that I did! The eSalon products are easy to use; the color is vibrant and lasts longer than any other permanent product I have used. I have never had a store bought color that actually worked. This does! The color team contacted me several times to make sure i received exactly what i was looking for. They have been fabulous working with all of my request! I would and have recommended it to several friends!

I have been going to my hairdresser for my touch up for the last 10 years or more. As years go by of course prices go up but to use the over the " counter" colors I just wasn't happy until one of my friends suggested I try E salon. I was extremely happy. The process was very easy to do yourself and the color came out as if you had it done in a salon. The variations in color are fantastic for one tenth the price. Best thing I ever did.
I have very resistant grays. I have tried every brand out there of permanent color. All of which lasted 3 weeks at best. I also have a very sensitive scalp so dyeing in general is a difficult issue for me.
I saw the ad for esalon in a magazine and decided to try it. I have not been disappointed yet. Been using esalon for a year and have gotten so many complements on how natural and rich my color is. My hair dresser has even said she is impressed with the color.
I have very little scalp reaction from the dye and have stretched the time between coloring to 6 weeks which is awesome. The set up was easy, adjustments to your color are easy and quickly addressed. The notifications via emil are also very helpful.
Yes, the initial sticker shock of the service feels like too much but, I have no complaints. Saves me from spending 70 dollars and 2 hours at salon for the same results.

This product is not harsh on my hair and the color results are consistent time after time. My hair always looks healthy! I love that I don't have to think about when I will need to purchase my next color; it is set up for regular delivery. If I want to make adjustments to the color, I just email my changes and esalon takes care of the rest. I have NEVER been disappointed.
Due to multiple pinched nerves in my cervical spine I have been coloring my hair at home for several years. I just can't sit in the hairdressers chair with my neck bent back over the sink while they scub my scalp. Ouch! Box dyes not only left my hair feeling and looking terrible, the color didn't last. My eSalon hair color is fabulous, long lasting, and my hair looks great again. I am able to adjust color any time I want. Customer service is prompt and efficient. I've been using eSalon for several years now and I love it! Once my hairstylist went to single process, I thought hey, I can do that! The kit is easy and the color beautiful. I've received so many compliments, especially from professional stylists.
I love this product, it always turns out the same... no guess work! You can also tweak the color if it isn't exactly what you want, how wonderful is that? I will continue using it until I no longer want to dye my hair. It's 100 times better than the ones you buy over the counter, in any store!!!
This is just beautiful colour. My hair has been abused by colour for most of my life - this is like having a top colour stylist showing me the secrets and getting the colour just right, at a fraction of the cost - I am really thrilled, my family (who are critical of my colour journey!) all tell me it's the best colour, and NOT to change it again!!
This is definitely the best hair colour I have tried. I asked for a dark brown and the colour they customised for me is gorgeous. It isn't black which is normally what most dark brown colours turn out. I also love the way it fades to a lighter brown a few weeks before it has to be redone. The product is salon quality but you're not paying the salon prices, it comes with stain guard, gloves, conditioner, the lot. I don't have to worry about buying it either as it is in order and they very kindly send out an email reminder before it is posted, they have thought of everything.
If you haven't tried this then you really need to give it a try, they offer a 100% refund if you're not happy with the product so you can't go wrong. I cannot always afford to go to a salon so its just beautiful hair colour at prices that Everyone can afford

I am over 70 and greying fast. Often have difficulty with shampoo as many are too greasy or dry and leave my hair looking like
an ancient dolls hair. When I use this product my husband even notices the difference and my stylist asked me recently what I
used when I washed my hair at home? You need very little so it lasts a long time. I recommend you try it for yourself. Sometimes
I try the upside down treatment and condition first then shampoo this leaves my hair very glossy.
For the first time since I've been coloring my hair, I finally have the right shade. And I didn't have to pick it based on a picture on a box. I was skeptical when I signed up for my first box of color but the first time I used it, the color was almost perfect. After asking for a slight change all of my color since has been spot on. Everyone who colors his or her hair needs to try this brand. It's just the best there is when it comes to dyeing it yourself. It's even better than most of the salon-done coloring I've ever had -- and a heckuva lot cheaper.

the people at E-salon are very patient. They ask me every time if I want my colour changing and of course being a women I say yes. They reinvent my look every 8 to 10 weeks its great. For me the coverage of grey is all important and to date they have not let me down. Recently I had my hair cut at my local saloon, the hairdresser loved the colour and was surprised when I told her that I had applied the colour myself at home. The instructions are straight forward and the extra things, gloves, anti stain gel etc are of the highest quality.
I do like the color esalon has developed for me. I have a lot of white around the face, I can put a heavily color over it and the color blends. I can also control how dark I want my hair to be. Does cost me more, than I am you use to spending.
I'm very happy with esalon and this color! Even my hairstylist loves it saying it has depth and a richness you usually only get with having your color done by a professional. I get complimented often on this color and I love how everything is shipped right to me just in time!

I have been using eSalon since they first started up a couple of years ago. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!
The color not only lasts till the next coloring, but it also improves the condition of your hair. I find that it gives me a lot of lift and body at my roots. My hair not only feels fuller, but looks very full of body and shine.
The color is so right on the mark. I can't tell the difference my eSalon color from my natural dark browns, that I still have left.
It conditions my hair, also. I've used many products through the years and never had the kind of results, like I get with eSalon color.
My hair is very long, down to my thighs and I just added a third bottle of this coloring (only needing half of the third bottle), to get fresh color all the way down to the ends.
My hair is in better condition now, than it was when I first started growing it out 12 years ago, when my hair was cut short to my ears with a pixie cut.
I was coloring then, using store bought products, but it would never last and made my hair very dry, with only a semi shine that faded.
eSalon products changed that, the first time I used their color. The improvement to not only the color, but the shine and condition was amazing, with just the first use. Having used it now for 2-3 years, my hair not only holds that fresh color, but the shine lasts for days and weeks, even without using their "Shining Armor."
Best hair color I have ever used and the auto ship option makes it even better. The color made for me is just as I ordered. It's a beautiful color. I love how it goes on and washes out. I also seem to have less hair in the drain with my esalon color.

Color is fantastic!! The consultants ask each time if you may need the color adjusted. I have changed twice now because my hair takes on color quickly and tends to get too dark. I also have high mineral content in my water and my hair turns orange after coloring. They adjusted it for both issues and now it's beautiful. You can adjust the timing of your delivery so that means you don't have to wait for a stylist to fit you in when you need it colored now! My hair is softer and shinier. I would recommend esalon to everyone. Why pay high salon prices when you can do it yourself and it looks like a professional did it!!
