It's exactly what I requested, not brassy, but has reddish brownish golden highlitghts. Color lasts 5 weeks at least, and I only see gray around 6 weeks out. Total coverage. Love the product and all that comes in the package.
Worked beautifully! Colored the gray at my temples amazingly and the instructions were easy to follow & use. I even lightened my color a shade and it turned out as nicely as if I'd had it done professionally. I love it!

I was impressed at the quality of the products upon arrival and there was enough colour for my hair, which can sometimes take 3 traditional boxed colours to cover during a colour change. After using the colour, my roots are the same colour as the rest of my hair, which I believe is a first other than going to the salon, and sometimes including those trips as well. I will continue to use this product and am very satisfied.
This color is stunning, but natural looking at the same time. What are the chances of this happening in any store bought, or even salon color? I am amazed at the comments that I get.

For a "do it yourself" at home this is it! The detailed instructions are easy to follow. Most of the supplies you need come in the kit. I can't say enough good things! I am really impressed.

As I straighten and color my hair, I have always had the vicious cycle of my color stripping my straightener and my straightener stripping my color. Having thick hair, going to the salon is way more money then I'm willing to pay, but over the counter products don't have the coppery brown colour I love. E salon helped me find a colour I love at a price that is reasonable :)

Works fab for me. I've spent $$$ at salons trying to achieve these resluts. My white hair turns a pretty blond and the rest a rich dark color leaving a pretty contrast.

I get compliments on my hair color all the time and I smile because people have no idea how easy it is to color my hair at home on my own schedule and have it look so great. As an added bonus I have my husband's undivided attention for 20 minutes while he applies my color.
I have never received as many complements about my hair as when I started using e-salon! That includes when I have visited salons and used in home products. I recommend esalon to everyone!

I love that I don't have to think about going out to buy hair color. But even more than that I love the quality of this hair color. Other hair colors I have used faded quickly and my grays would be the whole length of my hair not just the roots. Not the same with ecolor now it is only the roots that grow in that are gray. The color is always perfect I tried something new last time in my coloring technique I did not follow all the steps of the directions where it said to part my hair and I was concerned but it's still came out great now I know I can make it even easier for myself just love this product.
Am so happy to have discovered eSalon! It's a struggle to find a hair colour that you love -- and they always seem to be reformulated or changing the colour slightly, I'm so glad to put all of that behind me!
This colour leaves my hair feeling in wonderful shape, soft & healthy, and unlike other brands, my scalp is not irritated by it.
My original colour blend wasn't quite what I was looking for, so I sent a note saying I wanted more red, less brown, lighter, etc., and the new blend is perfect -- wouldn't change a thing about it.
Service is perfect, comes along at the exact right time, reasonably priced, all packaged nicely, with everything needed for a successful application process.
This is a really wonderful product, and great response and customer service. Doesn't get any better than that.

I've been ordering my hair color from esalon, once a month for over a year, with only one small tweak to the color on the second order and I have been happy ever since. I also used to spend $85 per month on hair salon service for color and gratuity, with esalon it's $25.
Yes, you have to do the application yourself or have a friend help, but for the 10 minutes that takes I save $60 every month, so worth it.
I also have red hair which is not always easy to naturally match but esalon does it perfectly. I'm a very satisfied customer.
I am used to paying $120 for each color! I was skeptical that my hair could look as good as when I come out of the salon, but it does. The color is very rich and has depth and different tones that make it look professional. I'm a convert!

I am pleased with this product. I have been using it for over six months now. I miss my highlights but all in all this just makes much more sense for my budget. They came up with a good color that i enjoy. And it's fairly simple and has excellent directions to follow for beginners. I would recommend this product. I think you'll be satisfied.
The color is exactly what I asked for. It covers my grey hair and lasts for about 6-7 weeks. It doesn't seem to dry out my hair and I am completely happy with it!

This is the best hair color I've ever used. Completely covers gray, leaves hair so shiny and healthy-looking. The color is perfect. Get the coloring brush if you need to cover roots at temples.
Hair color is easy to apply. It's such a close match that my family didn't even notice I colored. My hairdresser also commented on what a good match it was and said I did a good job!

absolutely love the product. True test of quality. The eSalon hair dye does not hurt my scalp like the dye products as other "reputable" salons did in the past. Added benefit..... the product doesn't fade like the "reputable" salon products did either. I recommend this product for its top quality.
I love this product -- the color was custom made for me, and my hair is a tricky color - I am a natural redhead who is now gray but want to retain my birth color without looking it looking too harsh, too brassy, too fake, or just wrong for my age and my skin color now that I am in my late 50's. I was pleased that they developed a color for me very close to my natural color, which is pretty tricky to do for red! It treats my hair well, and the conditioner that comes along with it is the best -- I wish they would sell the conditioner on its own - I would buy it and use it often. I can say that this color, like most reds, fades quickly -- I have to color at maximum every five weeks, and probably every four would be better. I also find that the recommended "run color through the ends for only a minute" (after you have colored the gray new growth) is not really quite enough to lay down color - the ends fade, and so I have taken to leaving the end color on for about 5 minutes. This isn't a complaint about the product - its just that red fades faster than other colors, so keeping the ends color up just takes a little more than other colors, I think. I love how the color is custom made, and can be adjusted or tinkered with. All in all am very pleased with this product.
I continue to get great results from this product, and love the convenience of the auto-send, as well as the easy instructions and thoughtful inclusions (extra gloves, towelette, shampoo and conditioner). Also very much appreciate the high touch customer service!
