LOVE ALL MY CUSTOM COLOUR SETSI always used box dyes beforehand, but after this I wouldn't go back, did once and immediately regreted it. These customs give my hair the perfect colour, the perfect touch, it doesn't stain at all and you cab definitely feel that it is a different and much more valuable hairdye then usual drugstore ones. Lovely colourAt 52 finally giving in to having my hair dyed. Being severely disabled I get Salon quality in the comfort of my own home. My daughter has become a colourist specialst now! I was hesitant about the colour but I made a great choice. I've had so many comments on the bronze tones which completely covers the salt n pepper. Great helpSo I messed up my color and Alexandria took the time to Listen to me regarding my color mess up and explain to me how to fix it, She even laughed with me when I told her my hair was now orange on top and the comments I was getting regarding. You'd look like carrot top and a few others like Ronald Mcdonald. She sent me my color repair kit 😍 And my hair is perfect. I love the color. Happy Customer!!When I tried my eSalon hair color, I was pleasantly surprised how good it looked and the color actually covered my grays in the front without it looking much lighter. Amazing resultsJust used my first box and I am so impressed with the results! Salon trips were just becoming too expensive but I needed my grays covered. Box dye always left my hair feeling so dry. Perfect color!This was my first time coloring my own hair. I have to admit to having been bit nervous about it. I followed the instructions included in my kit and watched a few of the instructional videos. All of the info was right there! It wasn’t very difficult at all and my hair came out great! The colorist really nailed my color the first time! For those who are considering this: My hair was once blonde, and is now graying around the edges. I can’t keep up with existing and raising children long enough to write a review and I’m stopping my workday right now to write this because this is literally the best company I think I have ever worked with. I needed a little tweaking to my color, and I easily figured out where to submit that l, and a real live hair consultant CALLED ME on the phone like real life lol. Amazing. This has been a game changer, and it’s really not THAT hard to do. The kit makes it as easy as humanly possible. Get one of those trifold mirrors if you really want to “paint” it on, or just do what I do and put the gloves on and free-for-all it. Works just the same for me. I might change my colorI know I waited some time before using this shipment, however after I did it, the color doesn’t v seem the same as it was. It is much more brown than I like, I think when I restart my shipments I would like it to be more red/ auburn than brown. 20 volume developer/ irritated my scalp!Today I used 10. Vol. developer with a new formula mixed just for me, it’s FANTASTIC COLOR RESULTS! They know what and how to mix your color. Best hair colorI have had received 3 orders from e salon before and the color was good but not was I was looking for. I spoke to Mindy a color specialist and she adjusted my color to a light brown with a hint of red and a hint of gold. It is the perfect color, just like I used to have many years ago. Really impressed!Since moving to the UK, I had yet to find a colourist or salon that could give me the colour I was looking for. This magical little colour set is the ONLY thing that's come close to getting my hair the way I like it. I'll admit it's a tad redish on top (but I think that's only because my hair naturally pulls warm tones) but it's such a small thing that I don't even care or notice.
